De obicei, timp de ore sau zile m\u0103 b\u00e2ntuie un prim vers, iar de acolo continui f\u0103r\u0103 un plan prestabilit. \u00cemi place formatul compact al poeziei, \u015fi totodat\u0103 faptul c\u0103 m\u0103 pot \u201ejuca\u201d f\u0103r\u0103 limit\u0103ri cu ideile, sentimentele \u015fi cuvintele. Nu reneg proza, de care de altfel sunt influen\u021bat (multe din poemele mele sunt de fapt pove\u015fti \u00een versuri, ce con\u021bin deopotriv\u0103 consistente descrieri).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>EUROPANOVA: Ritm, rim\u0103...<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ANDREI-PAUL CORESCU: Consider c\u0103 aceast\u0103 formul\u0103 estetic\u0103 nu este epuizat\u0103 \u015fi o prefer ca for\u021b\u0103 poetic\u0103 poeziei \u00een vers alb. Dar dac\u0103 este s\u0103 atribui o influen\u0163\u0103, aceasta vine din studiul literaturii populare \u015fi de la poe\u021bi din \u201estirpea\u201d unor Arghezi, Doina\u0219, Philippide, Macedonski etc. sau din literatura francez\u0103, dar \u00een vers rimat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>EUROPANOVA: Care este leg\u0103tura ta cu Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi cultura sa actual\u0103, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 te-ai expatriat acum mul\u021bi ani?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ANDREI-PAUL CORESCU: Revin cu pl\u0103cere \u00een \u0163ar\u0103, dar constat cu triste\u021be c\u0103, \u00een materie de cultur\u0103, dispar lucruri \u015fi locuri. Doar \u00een Craiova au disp\u0103rut \u00een ultimii 15 ani c\u00e2teva libr\u0103rii. Unele ini\u021biative culturale rezist\u0103 datorit\u0103 abnega\u021biei unor intelectuali care men\u021bin anumite proiecte \u015fi tradi\u021bii. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>EUROPANOVA: E\u0219ti un apropiat al Festivalului EuropaNova, ai sprijinit construc\u021bia lui. Am ajutat la primele edi\u021bii \u0219i, ca orice perioad\u0103 de pionierat, a avut un farmec aparte: propuneri interesante, improviza\u021bii inspirate, oameni dedica\u021bi, o camaraderie sincer\u0103 \u015fi un public entuziast.
